*Developers take note* how to save space & money on your next project

Easy-to-work-with water storage solutions.

Inner city living is getting higher in density and as such sites are getting smaller - If you’re a developer, one of the challenges you face when dealing with onsite water retention and detention applications, is space.

With owners paying a premium for small areas, the last thing they want compromised is an outdoor area overshadowed by a large water tank.

One of the solutions we have worked into our recent development sites, is the use of clever in-slab water retention systems called Aquacomb, which gives back valuable space.

Aquacomb has been specifically manufactured with builders and developers in mind who need to incorporate water storage into their projects whilst working in the constraints of tight spaces where every inch counts.

Designed to save time and money

Incorporating systems like this into your project means that the need for excavation is greatly reduced or completely removed saving you time and money.

Out of sight but not out of mind

These clever systems sit inside your homes slab, under drive-ways and behind retaining walls and is suitable for both rain water retention and detention applications – another benefit is they won’t detract from the appearance of the home or it’s surrounds.

Being a modular system the overall capacity of an average system can vary anywhere from 3,000 to 30,000 litres.
