Alroe Constructions holds Queensland and New South Wales building licences and can do up to $120,000,000 of construction works per annum
We are a custom build partner working in the multi-residential sector of luxury townhouses, low + mid rise apartments as well as NDIS special needs housing.

At Alroe Constructions, we pride ourselves on excellence in construction and design. Our senior management team has over 75 combined years of experience with extensive knowledge in every aspect of building luxury high-end townhouse, developments and commercial buildings.
Team
Tye Alroe - Director
Founder and Director of Alroe Constructions, Tye has a qualification in building and carpentry and has built his company from the ground up.
His focus is and always has been making sure his team exceeds expectations by providing communication and management oversight throughout the life of each project.
He takes responsibility for ensuring all communication on a company and project level is always clear and open, is passionate about delivering quality projects with the right project teams for every build.
Tye is the current ambassador for the Association of Professional Builders.
Scott Smithers – Head of Construction
Approaching 20 years of experience in the construction industry, working his way from a Cadet through to Head of Construction, Scott brings a wealth of experience in the Commercial sector as well as National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Education and Multi Residential projects.
Scotts brings his extensive background in Tier 1 building companies working on some of the largest multi-res and commercial projects in SE QLD, to his role.
He takes responsibility for ensuring all Alroe projects are built to a high quality in accordance with the project requirements.
